It is unlocked , and can work with any 3G network , including MTN , Vodacom , Cell C and Virgin , and any other 3G or HSDPA network worldwide.
It comes with a Prepaid Vodacom SIM card.

Use:
Insert the installation disk into your CD ROM drive and run the installation program that appears. After following the instructions , insert the modem into a spare USB port on your computer. Wait for Windows to install all needed drivers.
Enter in the settings as per the instructions provided in your modem package and click connect.
